To provide clients with great value, professionalism, personable courteous staff, transparent billing, and excellent workmanship.  CMC Homes specializes in custom built high performance residential homes, renovations, and general contracting.  We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction with excellent communication, honesty, transparency, and integrity.


We work with our clients to create a realistic and manageable schedule to provide the least invasive build or remodel as possible.  Clients have 24/7 access to our construction management software.  This easy to navigate software provides clients with project costs, budgets, selections, notifications and deadlines for critical decisions, schedules, project photos, and a communication log so no details are missed.  We provide biweekly billing to keep a close eye on the budget.  We carry $5,000,000 in liability insurance, have WCB coverage, and provide a 2-5-10 Year Warranty on all new builds and a 2 year limited warranty on all of our renovation work.

Our Process


Initial meeting where we discuss the project and ideas, we review our rates and billing method, chat about initial budget for the project, discuss next steps, and start the design process with our trusted team of design professionals.

Planning Stage

Review scope and architectural plans, sign contract, review engineering, submit for building permits, interior design review and product selection, create construction estimated budget, create schedule, finalize budget

Construction Stage

Receive building permit, break ground, planning, order materials, budget updates, schedule updates, site meetings, photo updates, inspections


Walk through inspections, deficiency identified and dealt with, final inspections, occupancy permit, photography
